We provide precision CNC machining for carbon fiber panels, tubes and molded parts — from prototype runs to volume production. Our service delivers assembly-ready parts with tight tolerances and controlled surface quality.
Machining capabilities
3- to 5-axis CNC milling centers, vacuum fixture tables, high-speed spindles and specialty tooling for dry/low-dust machining of composites. In-line processes include CNC trimming, chamfering, countersinking, tapping and balance/weight trimming.
Precision & quality control
Typical achievable tolerances down to ±0.02 mm depending on geometry and layup. We perform CMM inspections, concentricity/run-out tests and dimensional reports for each batch. End-preps are delivered ready for press-fit or adhesive bonding.

Drone motor mounts: precision counterbores and tapped bosses delivered with run-out ≤0.05 mm for direct motor install.
Survey mast panels: integrated channels and mounting bosses CNC machined from UD laminates — lightweight, straight and ready to assemble.
