Our Carbon Fiber C‑Channels and U‑Channels are single‑opening thin‑wall profiles with “C” or “U” cross‑sections. The only difference is the lip angle: C‑Channels have slightly inward‑curved flanges, while U‑Channels have vertical flanges. Manufactured in one step by high‑temperature pultrusion or compression molding using T700/T800 carbon fiber and epoxy/vinyl ester resin, they produce continuous, corrosion‑proof, ultra‑lightweight rails up to 6 m long.
2. Core Advantages
Superior Strength‑to‑Weight: Density 1.55 g/cm³, tensile strength 2 500–3 500 MPa; 50–70 % lighter than equivalent aluminum profiles.
Corrosion Resistance: No mass loss after 1 000 h salt spray—ideal for marine and chemical environments.
Non‑magnetic & Insulating: Perfect for MRI suites and radar‑sensitive enclosures.
Modular & Quick‑Fit: Pre‑drilled holes and end‑face tapping enable field assembly with no welding required.
Continuous Lengths: Pultrusion yields straightness ≤ 0.5 mm/m for lengths up to 6 m.
All sales of our carbon fiber materials are conducted through offline contract agreements to ensure each order precisely meets your specifications, compliance requirements, and agreed payment terms. Please contact our sales team to initiate the contract process and discuss project details.
Carbon Fiber C/U‑Channels bring lightweight, high‑strength, rapid assembly, and aesthetic appeal to every structural rail—elevate your modular designs with proven carbon‑fiber innovation.
