Flexible Carbon Fiber Sheets (CFRP Flex Plate) — Bendable 10⁵ Times · 360° Surface Conformity · Lightweight & Conductive Integration

1. Product Definition

Unlike traditional rigid carbon laminates, our flexible carbon fiber sheets are engineered using ultra-thin unidirectional tape reinforced with high-toughness epoxy or TPU elastomers. With thicknesses ranging from 0.05–0.5 mm, this composite structure combines the high strength of carbon fiber with the flexibility of polymer matrices. It can be tightly rolled into a Φ20 mm cylinder without cracking—ideal for curved surface bonding, repeated flexing, and dynamic lightweight applications.

2. Key Features

  • Ultra-flexible: 90° bend at R=5 mm for 100,000 cycles without cracking.
  • Featherlight & Thin: Areal density of 60–400 g/m², 90% lighter than stainless steel foils of the same thickness.
  • Conductive & Shielding: Surface resistivity 0.02–0.1 Ω/sq; EMI shielding efficiency 60–80 dB.
  • Wide Temperature Range: From −55°C to +150°C (TPU matrix) or up to +200°C (epoxy elastomer).
  • Thermoformable: Conforms to complex curves under 150°C & 0.3 MPa in 3 minutes, holds shape after cooling.
