Our Carbon Fiber D‑Shaped Tubes are manufactured in a single autoclave molding step from T700/T800 unidirectional prepreg with a 3K twill surface layer. The “D” cross‑section combines curved‑surface bending resistance with a flat back for easy mounting—ideal where airflow or wall‑hugging installation is critical.
